GENERAL POLICIES

General conditions

All package rates are accurate at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. Prices shown are based on specific dates of travel and are subject to availability. Special event and holiday package prices and policies may vary.

Deposits and payments

A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment to confirm. Note: Full payment may be required earlier depending on the hotel, dates of travel and / or package components.

Cancellations-changes-refunds

Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $10 per person per package cancellation fee. Cancellation received 30 -15 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 per person-per package cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to fees in excess of the $50 per person-per package based on any fees imposed by any supplier of component parts of the package. Refunds will be made only after the original vouchers are returned to our office. Vouchers must be returned within two weeks of travel dates. Unused or partially used features of the package are non-refundable. Special Event packages may be non refundable or subject to higher cancellation fees.

Responsibility clause

All in one destinations, Inc. Acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from an act or omission of any supplier or any other person or entity or cause by strike, war, weather, sickness or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Sale of the services for which service is provided shall be deemed made by the actual providers of such services and not by all in one destinations, inc. Under no circumstances is all in one destinations, inc. To be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings. Acceptance of the services of all in one destinations, inc. Constitutes acceptance of all of the foregoing. Participants expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against all in one destinations, inc. In connection with the foregoing.
