ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PRICES
We make every effort to offer correct prices however they are subject to change. We have done our best to present this information as accurate as possible however we are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices for all optional features are based on 2007 rates and are subject to change. Rates are quoted per person based on the number of people sharing a room.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm your seat with a second deposit of $100.00 due no later than December 1, 2007. The total deposit of $150.00 is non-refundable. Optional features purchased must be prepaid. Final balance due no later than April 1, 2008.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

• December 2, 2007 - April 2, 2008 $150 per person cancellation fee
• Apr 2 - May 1, 2008 $175 per person cancellation fee
• May 15, 2008 to arrival date $175 per person cancellation fee plus any additional charges imposed by the hotel. Optional features are non-refundable.
• Some hotels require a minimum number of nights stay therefore no refunds can be made if you depart early from those hotels
• Optional features are non refundable
• No show, no refund.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
All In One Destinations, Inc. acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from an act or omission of any supplier or any other person or entity or cause by strike, war, weather, sickness or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Sale of the services for which service is provided shall be deemed made by the actual providers of such services and not by All In One Destinations, Inc. Under no circumstances is All In One Destinations, Inc. to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings. Acceptance of the services of All In One Destinations, Inc. constitutes acceptance of all of the foregoing. Participants expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against All In One Destinations, Inc. in connection with the foregoing.
